A Message from Chris' brother, Timothy Shea

"I have been thinking about this for a very long time. I have been trying to come up with more ways to help support my fellow police survivor families."

"Since Chris' untimely death in 2004, my family and I have hosted the benefit CM Shea 5k race in NJ, in which we raise money to give scholarships out in Chris' name to our high school and local Community college.  Most days I feel this isn’t enough to show my support to the families that have had to endure the pain that ours has."

"This year marks the 14th anniversary of CPL Christopher M. Shea’s End of Watch. My Brothers Badge number was 348, and this year I have this crazy idea to ruck 34.8 miles carrying a minimum of 14 lbs (1 lbs for every year without him) and supplies to self support. I am making this a fundraiser, and all donations will be given to the Concerns of Police Survivors Delaware Chapter, an organization that has helped my family as well as others whom have had to carry on after losing an officer."

"I will be moving out on the morning of Chris’ EOW anniversary, July 18th 2018, leaving from Delaware State Police Headquarters and arriving later in the day to Delaware State Police Troop 5 barracks."

"I'm asking for your help to show your love and support through either a monetary donation, or by just a simple share on Facebook or Twitter."

"Donate NOW by clicking the Donate button below. All donations can be made here will be given directly to Concerns of Police Survivors Delaware Chapter to support their mission."
